DEI&B is not one-size-fits-everyone. MyALLy, a nonprofit organization, is here to ensure that everyone fits into their individual sizes. We have services, trainings, and sessions for ALL.
Racial Trauma Recovery
The racial trauma recovery sessions allow African Americans to unite in a psychologically safe environment to vent, share experiences, learn coping and wellness strategies, and develop individualized racism recovery plans. The sessions, led by an African American facilitator, are designed to create bonds in a non-threatening environment while promoting healing from racial trauma. All participants will be screened prior to sessions to ensure they fit the criteria for the program. Surveys are administered after the sessions for measurable results. Allyship & Anti-racism
Proactive training on foundational concepts of what it means to be an ally in a biased world. Other concepts addressed are systemic racism, privilege, racism, bias, and prejudice
Participants will explore strategies for becoming effective allies while utilizing ways to include anti-racism into their daily lives. A service agreement form is required for attendance. No screening required for this training.
Microagressions & Implicit Bias
Participants will learn about unconscious attitudes and stereotypes that manifest in organizations, school settings, healthcare systems, communities, and everyday life. Microaggressions and implicit bias lead to ill feelings and negative demeanors about others based on race, ethnicity, age, appearance, and more. This training will promote strategies to create a safe and comfortable workplace and community setting for everyone. A service agreement form is required for attendance. No screening is required for this training.
Organizational Culture Assessment
Identifying areas of improvement is necessary to develop a strategic approach to organizational diversity initiatives. MyALLy provides organizational assessments through qualitative and quantitative measures. As an advocate for cultural success, MyALLy also works with leadership within the organization to identify the best format for obtaining and measuring results for systemic enhancements. A service agreement form is required for assessment. No screening is required.

We are healthcare professionals passionate about racial equality across all cultures. We strive to be the change agents who motivate, educate, and provide the tools to inform communities, employees, and students of cultural awareness, microaggressions, allyship, biases, and racial trauma recovery. As a support system, resource, and ally for ALL, we believe in being open-minded and maintaining positive mindsets as others are transparent regarding their personal experiences throughout life.
